Mental Health On University Compuses

Feedback on an extraordinary event!

The SMCU2020 conference took place 3 weeks ago. We wanted to give you here a feedback on this extraordinary event.

Non-standard because:

  • It was a unique topic, mental health on university campuses, with an interdisciplinary approach at the crossroads of 3 disciplines: Communication, Law and Psychology;
  • We had to adapt to move from a face-to-face event to an event that took place entirely online and to change the theme of the call for papers, due to the COVID-19 pandemic;
  • This trilingual scientific event (French, English, Spanish) brought together nearly 200 registrants from 3 continents, more than 80 speakers, more than 70 presentations and workshops.

For those who could not attend the event live or who could not follow the entire program of these two days, the presentations of the speakers will be, after editing and editing, posted on the website and on the official YouTube channel of the conference.

The proceedings of the conference will be published in the coming months.

For those who participated in the conference, certificates of participation will soon be sent to you individually, by email.

The SMCU conference being in essence a conference organized in turn on 3 continents, after the first edition in Miami and this second in Toulouse and online, the 2021 edition will take place in Buenos Aires, Argentina, on the 14th and 15th of December, in a hybrid format (face-to-face and online). This 3rd edition will be organized jointly by the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), Toulouse Capitole University and Toulouse Jean Jaurès University.

Finally, we offer a photo gallery below to take a look behind the scenes of the organization of this event in Toulouse, by the Toulouse Capitole University and the Toulouse Jean Jaurès University:
